The UV1000 features Fusion UV lamps to initiate a fast ultraviolet light
polymerization of adhesives and coatings in an efficient inline process. Beam
widths are available in 6”, 10”, 12”, and 20” sizes to accomodate various
substrate dimensions.
The UV1000 comes complete with:
- Rail expansion compensation
- Edge carrying pin chain conveyor
- SMEMA communications interface
- Three-inch top and bottom side component clearance
- Allen Bradley Micrologix PLC controller
