Maintenance-free transport system

Fully automated inline production
The LV 600 is a high performance inline machine for highest board throughput, enabling the machine in a production line next to pick & place equipment. Easy
product change by fully automated adjustment of the rails of the carriers.

Handling
The loading and unloading outside the chambers,
ensuring trouble-free production.

Transport-System (patened)
The patented transport system moves the boards to
the soldering and cooling chambers and is maintenance-free.

Cycle time
Multi-line loading of the carrier results in a high board throughput rate. Depending on loading, a cycle time of less then 20 seconds per sub-assembly can be achieved.
 

Innovative Soldering Technique From IBL

Temperature profile
The patented SVP (Soft Vapour Phase) allows adjust-
ment of temperature profiles to nearly any required
temperature gradient. Safe soldering for lead-free
solder can be achieved with up to max. 230¡ãC.
 

Inline carrier
Configuration: 4 carriers with 1-4 rails, with/without
middle support.

Batch production
Highest flexibility is achieved due to the ability to
batch load the carrier during in-line production.
 

Lowest maintenance costs
Low-maintenance production. Lowest liquid consump-
tion. Lowest energy consumption. The machine needs
to be serviced only once or twice per one shift in a year.

Advantages for lead-free soldering
* No overheating of the assemblies, max. soldering temperature
of 230¡ãC.
* Automatically 100% inert gas atmosphere without using nitrogen.
* All components and materials like FR4 that are in use today
can be used.
* Best possible wetting behaviour of the components with
lead-free solder pastes.
