The Ultrasonic Advantage
Ultrasonic technology utilizes precisely controlled sound waves to remove un-reflowed solder paste and uncured adhesives from stencils, screens, and misprints. Unlike other technologies that can damage delicate stencils, ultrasonic energy is gentle enough not to damage delicate parts, but is highly effective in the removal of even dried pastes on fine-pitch stencils.
Aqueous Technologies offers a selection of semi-automatic and fully-automatic models to choose from.
Aqueous Technologies’ semi-automatic ultrasonic stencil cleaning systems are all designed to accommodate stencils, screens, or misprinted assemblies up to 29” x 29” (736mm x 736mm). All models feature stainless steel wash and rinse tanks and a stainless steel deck.
Multiple side-mounted 40 kHz transducers target effective cleaning power onto the stencil or misprint. Transducers include a ten year limited warranty against de-bonding.
All models feature a programmable wash cycle timer for consistent operation. In addition to washing functions, all semi-automatic models feature a hand-held rinse wand and a hand-held airknife for fast and effective drying.

StencilWasher-ECO is designed to remove all solder paste types including no-clean, rosin, and water soluble.
Unlike competitive models, StencilWasher-ECO comes standard-equipped with all of the features required for thorough wash, rinse, dry, and filtration functions, eliminating the need to purchase costly optional items.
StencilWasher-ECO is equipped with powered and filtered wash and rinse tank drain systems for easy and safe discharge. An adjustable wash cycle timer automatically controls the wash tank's immersion transducers. A hand-held rinse wand and airknife provide fast and thorough rinsing and drying functions.

StencilWasher-LD is designed to remove all solder paste types including no-clean, rosin, and water soluble as well as all uncured SMT adhesives. Unlike competitive models, StencilWasher-LD comes standard-equipped with all of the features required for thorough wash, rinse, dry, and filtration functions, eliminating the need to purchase costly optional items.
StencilWasher-LD is equipped with a wash solution heating system, providing a heated wash solution (required for adhesive removal applications). StencilWasher-LD is also equipped with a wash solution recirculation and filtration system whereby the wash solution is automatically filtered and recirculated for maximum life. Powered and filtered drain systems provide easy and safe discharge of the wash and rinse tanks. A digital wash cycle timer automatically controls the wash tank's immersion transducers, providing precise control over the wash time while displaying the wash time remaining. A hand-held rinse wand and airknife provide fast and thorough rinsing and drying functions.

StencilWasher-CLR provides fast and efficient solder paste and adhesive removal.
StencilWasher-CLR is designed to remove all solder paste types including no-clean, rosin, and water soluble as well as all uncured SMT adhesives. StencilWasher-CLR is equipped with a filtered and recirculated wash system and a fully closed-loop rinse system. All rinse water is captured, filtered, re-deionized, and reused. There is no connection to drain.
Unlike competitive models, StencilWasher-CLR comes standard-equipped with all of the features required for thorough wash, rinse, dry, filtration, and closed-loop functions, eliminating the need to purchase costly optional items.
StencilWasher-CLR is equipped with a wash solution heating system, providing a heated wash solution (required for adhesive removal applications). StencilWasher-LD is also equipped with a wash solution recirculation and filtration system whereby the wash solution is automatically filtered and recirculated for maximum life. A digital wash cycle timer automatically controls the wash tank's immersion transducers, providing precise control over the wash time while displaying the wash time remaining. A DI filter status light indicates when the closed-loop DI filters require changing. Aqueous Technologies provides a convenient DI filter exchange program. A hand-held rinse wand and airknife provide fast and thorough rinsing and drying functions.

StencilWasher-ZD provides fast and efficient solder paste and adhesive removal.
StencilWasher-ZD is designed to remove all solder paste types including no-clean, rosin, and water soluble as well as all uncured SMT adhesives.
StencilWasher-ZD is equipped with the Model E101 evaporation system. All process solutions are directed to the evaporator for storage and evaporation. The E101 evaporator provides evaporation rates up to 13 gallons (49 liters) per hour. Its control panel features multiple status indicators including heater status, maximum concentration warning, full warning, and more. A built-in sight glass provides internal fluid level visibility.

StencilWasher-ZD is also equipped with a wash solution recirculation and filtration system whereby the wash solution is automatically filtered and recirculated for maximum life.
