New, improved PCB-Wash concentrated de-fluxing chemistry is engineered to
remove all fluxes and pastes from post-soldered, post reflowed printed circuit
assemblies.
PCB-Wash is a concentrated printed circuit board defluxer designed for use in
applications where VOC compliant cleaning solutions are required, or preferred. PCBWash
eliminates foaming and "white scaling" that frequently occurs with other
chemistries. PCB-Wash is effective in a broad range of cleaning applications including
No-Clean, Rosin, and Water Soluble flux and paste removal. This product is compatible
with batch, in-line and ultrasonic aqueous cleaning systems.
PCB-Wash is exceptionally cost efficient. Requiring only 7% to 10% concentrations in
no-clean and rosin flux removal applications, PCB-Wash requires less than half of the
chemical concentration required by other chemicals. For water soluble flux removal
applications, only 3% - 5% concentrations are required for complete flux neutralization
and removal.
